HO 1/87 scale N 1000 Nickel Plate Road wood sided caboose kit

This caboose is a custom-designed N 1000 caboose that is 3D printed. This is a wood sided caboose with a raised walk board.

It was based off of blueprints as well as prototype pictures from the Nickle Plate Historical and Technical Society.

Included with the kit is the main shell and chassis, which are pinned together to make them easy to align, solid, and separatable all at the same time, as well as a pair of handrails, coupler covers, brake wheels; and one smokestack.

All that is needed to complete it is some screws, a pair of trucks, and decals, a fresh coat of paint, as well as possibly a bit of finish sanding or cleaning.

It is 3D printed using Sirayatech resin.  Please note a lot of time the first coat will take a few days to dry due to the nature of the resin but after that the paint applies generally normally. It does not affect the overall look or quality of the paint job just the beginning drying time. They will be printed once the order is placed, I will do my best to still get them out within 10 days, but it may take longer.  I will do my best to keep you updated and work through the orders as quickly as possible.
