Description
This caboose is a custom-designed Lackawanna Keyser Valley steel sided caboose that is 3D printed. Information on this caboose is limited; it was designed off a set of blueprints, prototype pictures, as well as comparison shots with the Erie Dunmore.
Included with the kit is the main shell and chassis, which are pinned together to make them easy to align, as well as a pair of handrails, coupler covers, brake wheels; and one smokestack. All that is needed to complete it is some screws, couplers, a pair of trucks, and decals; a fresh coat of paint, as well as some finish drilling, sanding, or filling. I find that a 1/16″ drill bit is very helpful in drilling out the alignment holes. It is 3D printed using generic PLA filament in several pieces as can be seen in the pictures. **Disclosure: unless requested and agreed upon the color may vary depending upon what filament I have in stock**
They will be printed once the order is placed, I will do my best to still get them out within 10 days, but it may take longer. I will do my best to keep you updated and work through the orders as quickly as possible.
